38 countries and area EMS by service quality award

According to the UPU reported a few days ago, 38 countries and regions of the express mail service (EMS) provider for outstanding performance award in 2012, 12 countries and regions, won the gold medal, the 26 countries respectively won the silver and bronze.
Azerbaijan, British Hongkong, China, Hungary, Japan, Korea, Latvia, China Macao, Malaysia, Poland, Spain and Sweden postal operator's EMS business in 2012 to get the highest score, wins the gold medal.
Silver winner including Australia, Barbados, Salvatore, Finland, Kiribati, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland, Vanuatu and Vietnam postal operators. Bronze medal winner for Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Israel, Italy, Moldova, Holland, Saudi Arabia and Serbia postal operators.
EMS service is a series of factors to consider it, such as on time delivery rate and timely feedback customer consultation. For example, the gold medal winner on time delivery rate should reach 95%, tracking the delivery rate of 98%. Other factors include inbound mail tracking and tracing timely data transmission. Silver winner must score at least four criteria in 95%, bronze winner shall be at least three criteria in the score of 95%.
Germany, Switzerland and China Macao also received a special award, in recognition of the other members of their EMS cooperation organization to provide outstanding customer service. The EMS collaboration has 176 members.
