Royal mail to attract private investment appoint a new director

Recently, the British royal mail group appointed Dixons retail Public Limited Company chairman John Allan CBE as a non-executive director of the group and a member of the board of directors.
The Royal Mail said, the group has been looking forward to investment in the private sector, the appointment will help enhance the company strategic performance, rich experience in financial management.
Chief executive Allan 1994-2005 as the supply chain logistics company Exel, by Deutsche Post DHL after the acquisition, as the German postal board member, and later served as chief financial officer; Dixons retail companies, as from 2009 September up to now, the company is Europe's largest electronics retail group, also served as chairman of British care and payment processing company WorldPay.
