Honey Well Company, the $600000000 acquisition of Intermec company

Recently, the technology giant Honey Well Company decided at the $600000000 price, technology, scanning and mobile computers to deal with Intermec, is pending shareholder approval.
Honey Well Company said, the company has signed the " final agreement ", acquisition price of $10 per share loss of Intermec.
The transaction price is Intermec company 12 months ( as of 2012 9 at the end of 10 times earnings before tax ), the transaction will improve its rugged mobile computing devices of the size of the business.
Honey Well Company said, although both sides of the board has agreed to the deal, but this has not been the Intermec company shareholder and regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2013.
