German Dachser Group acquisition of Spanish shipping package Azkar

German logistics group superv announced recently, the acquisition of its long-term partner -- Spanish cargo parcels operator Azkar. At present, Dachser has held 10% stake in the family business, January 15th will be the acquisition of its remaining stake. The acquisition agreement has been antitrust approval.

Dachser group says, the acquisition is intended to ensure that the future development of Azkar, the Spanish economy at present, Azkar is still maintaining profitability. Future, build the Spanish Company will benefit from Chaojie group huge investment and modern logistics network.
Dachser President Bernhard Simon said, the future of Azkar business will remain the original pattern. After the completion of the acquisition the company will continue to be managed by the general manager of José Antonio Orozco and the current management team, retain the original brand. Dachser grape processing companies will be merged into the Azkar.
