The Channel Islands postal regulatory authority issued new joint service standard

Recently, the Channel Islands Postcomm announced a new joint service standard, regulations Jersey post and Guernsey post in 1 working days of domestic demand 95% local mail delivery.
The standard also provides two postal company within 3 working days of delivery of 99% local mail. Jersey and Guernsey, Channel Islands and the UK or between the Isle of man between email exchanges 82% messages need to realize the next day delivery, mail delivery to achieve 3 97%. At the same time, the new standard also specifies two island post to contacts in the British mainland 82% mail realize the next day delivery, mail delivery to achieve 3 97%. All in the morning mail received and sent to the channel islands first class mail ( including bulk mail ), should be on the island of Jersey or Guernsey post postal sorting office on the day of the delivery of mail received.
